Closer to UN than yesterday

Things are moving on a bit, and I have now seen an Italian flag to add to the five world cup flags previously seen taking me to six - 1/6th of the world cup flags to be sighted! Yippee. I also saw a flag flying from a car of whose origin I am unclear. It was red, yellow and green stiped, with a green lion in the middle, but I can't find out its origin. Any ideas?
